Just Be Inc. is a youth organization focused on the health, well-being and wholeness of young women of color everywhere. For young women, we know that this is a special time in your life and understand that it can be challenging. You're not a little girl anymore, but not nearly a woman - and even still your issues are real, your challenges are real and your voice is important.
In the face of media, music and pop culture that increasingly diminish the importance, worth, and esteem of girls and women, particularly women of color - our organization deals specifically with the range of issues teen and pre-teen girls are faced with daily.
The seeds that are planted from Just Be Inc., with grace, will take root, grow and blossom, as girls become women in the world.
Our ultimate goal is to help young women create a foundation that allows them to be creative, inspired, resilient, patient, confident and kind…and know that when all else fails they are equipped with everything they need to Just Be.

The JEWEL program, wants to help you find your voice, define your purpose and prepare yourself-physically, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and culturally for passage into womanhood.

A national campaign based on the principle of "empowerment through empathy" which helps young women of color who are SAAE survivors (sexual abuse, assault, and/or exploitation) to heal. We are seeking to empower women everywhere starting with the recognition of this simple phrase.

We are on a mission to negate the negative stereotypes and long held false impressions attached to women of color and we are starting at the top - with hair. It's Natural is a mentoring program of sorts for young women of color, particularly African American and Latina girls who are ready to embrace their natural beauty.
